Overtones Music Studio is another “back in business after the flood” success story…although in a new location. They moved about a mile north of their previous location and are now at 31388 LA Hwy. 16, (between Ron’s Seafood and the old Hi-Ho). overtones4
The best news is, they’re all set up now and have brought their students back together under one roof after being spread among four locations since the August 2016 flood.

“There were some days I would wake up and wonder where I needed to be that day,” laughed Pam Dyess, owner of the studio. “We moved into our new place in mid March. The kids are loving being back together. We had not been able to offer pre-K while we were displaced, but we’ve started pre-K back up again. Family group lessons are also available. I’m just thankful to the churches that allowed us to use their facilities for the last several months.”
“We are now able to start accepting new students,” she added.
Overtones offers a unique musical experience that opens the world of music to people of all ages in a fun, creative, affordable and exciting way. Through both small group and private lesson settings, a unique musical experience can be crafted to meet each person’s skill level and preference for type of music lessons.
